At McCormack Legal, we have specific expertise and experience in handling matters on Aboriginal land across the Northern Territory under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 (Cth), including general leases, known as ‘section 19’ leases, and whole-of-town leases, known as township leases.
